This company was suggested almost 11 months back around 69 Rs. Company is still trading around the same level. What important to notice that company has various real estate projects where  it allocates the land and partner with builders to unlock potential values of land. Further, company wisely utilize this money in buying more assets or invest in stock markets. Company also provides 1 Rs. dividend which turns out 1.4% dividend yield based on current market price.

What makes the company different from other investment company is, majority investment companies own the shares of group companies and they can not leverage the portfolio. However, coral finance invest in diversified companies with limited exposure on a single company, hence they can make modification on existing portfolio as and when needed. At current state, company owns the shares worth of more than 150 Crs. while market cap of the company remains below 80 Crs. This means we are getting real estate business free and investment business at half the price.

    From where did you calculate the value of more than 150 cr? From 2015 AR , Value comes out to be around 60 cr as per CMP
